Helen Bauer

Helen Bauer is an award winning comedian who is rapidly moving up the ranks of the UK’s top comedy.  She actually started doing stand-up in Berlin where she honed her comedy skills.  Since being back in the UK she has appeared on a number of TV shows, most notably BBC’s Live At The Apollo, Stand Up For Live Comedy and The Stand Up Sketch Show on ITV.

AWARDS:

In 2019 Helen Bauer debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe. She was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award, after which six months later, she took the show to London. Other nominations and awards include being nominated at the Chortle Comedy Awards as Breakthrough Act. Also, Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She won the 99 Club Comedy Bursary and was a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards 2018.

Helen’s 2022 tour was called ‘Madam Good Tit’. Helen says “it’s an hour about self-confidence, self-esteem and self-care”.  “It’s the “year of self” so I am taking it very literally”.  Her 2023 Fringe show called, Grand Supreme Darling Princess was a sell out. She then took the show on a 5 day run at London’s Soho Theatre.
