He is the founder of Generation Success, which has a network of over 10,000 young people and has partnered with more than 70 employers to create over 125 new jobs aimed at minority youth, with a combined salary of £1.2M. Generation Success has supported over 10,000 young people through mentoring, training, learning, and networking programs.
James’s vision is to empower the younger generation to excel and create a network that advances social mobility. He does this by making it easier for businesses and people of diversity to connect, thus creating equal access to more opportunities. James is passionate about building a fairer world for everyone and improving the well-being of people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

James Adeleke has received numerous awards and recognition for his contributions to social entrepreneurship, diversity, and inclusion. He was awarded the Entrepreneur of Excellence award at the National Diversity Awards 2022. Also, he was featured in the Ones to Watch Social Entrepreneur Index 2022. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Co-Opted member of the Education Board at the City of London Corporation, an independent member of the Student Association Board at Arden University, and a school governor.
James has been recognized as an Alumni of the European social innovation competition 2021. He was a Finalist for the ‘This is Us’ Diversity Impact Business Awards 2023. James was also a Finalist for the SEUK Social Enterprise Building Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Justice Award 2022 and a Finalist for the Diversity Champion Award in the Scale-Up Awards 2022.
