"Ollie absolutely delivered at our event. He inspired and captivated the entire audience with his after-dinner speech - the feedback has been insane. But it wasn't just the speech that made this evening so incredible - he went above and beyond by engaging on a 1-2-1 basis with every single guest that attended, he mingled and spoke to everyone. A genuine, down to earth, still humble top top guy"

Credentials and Impact
Ollie’s military career began when he joined the Royal Marine Commandos at 18, later completing the gruelling six-month Special Forces selection process that saw only seven of 250 candidates succeed. Qualifying as a Special Forces Combat Frogman with the SBS, he undertook covert operations, including counter-terrorism, hostage rescue and high-stakes reconnaissance. After leaving the military, he worked internationally in private security, leading missions in Iraq and the Middle East, where he famously saved 12 convoy members from armed attack.
His post-military work included managing major security and infrastructure projects, training a 2,000-strong Iraqi guard force and rescuing 22 children from human trafficking in Southeast Asia. In 2015, Ollie co-founded BreakPoint, a performance and leadership company that delivers corporate training programmes infused with Special Forces principles. As a qualified PRISM practitioner, he uses behavioural profiling and psychological tools to help teams develop clarity, confidence and resilience. His ability to translate battlefield lessons into boardroom success has made him one of the most respected figures in the field of leadership and mental strength.
