Mission Excellence speakers offer tangible and practical insights into execution, risk and high performance, based on extensive hard-won experience both from operating businesses and consulting to global corporations, in addition to previous military careers in leadership and planning roles, and also as fighter pilots and members of The Red Arrows.

Mission Excellence partners and main speakers, Justin Hughes and Jas Hawker, have between them over 8,000 hours of flight time in military fighters. In addition both have served with the world’s premier formation aerobatic team, The Red Arrows, with Jas subsequently returning for a further 3 years as Team Leader.
Justin founded Mission Excellence over 10 years ago, has an MBA from London Business School and is a non-exec adviser to a hedge fund. Jas joined more recently having fulfilled senior military operational and planning roles in addition to his time on the Red Arrows.
