Aisha’s impact in the diversity and inclusion space is rooted in both strategic leadership and grassroots advocacy. With a BCom in Human Resource Management and an MA in Management and Leadership, she began her career in HR before joining Amazon Web Services as a Recruitment Coordinator in 2016. Rising through the ranks, she later became an Education Program Manager, leading a global initiative aimed at equipping students with cloud computing skills. During her time at Amazon, Aisha founded the UK arm of the Black Employee Network and transformed it into a powerful driver of internal change. She also led pioneering programmes focused on mentorship, talent development and product innovation for underrepresented communities.
Today, as Head of Culture & Inclusion at IPG Mediabrands, she continues to shape workplace cultures, embedding inclusive strategies into global corporate frameworks. Aisha also contributes to sport as an Inclusion Board Member for The Rugby Football League, advising on the execution of their equality and anti-discrimination initiatives.
