Alfie Moore is a comedian, after dinner speaker and former policeman. There are a few serving and retired policemen out there who think they’re funny. Alfie Moore, a retired police sergeant, has gone a step further and proved it.
Alfie first came to notice when he appeared on ITV’s “Show Me The Funny” and he’s gone on to support, on tour, such comedy acts as, Sarah Millican, Milton Jones, Rhod Glibert and Russell Kane.
In 2017 Alfie Moore comedian joined the presenting team of Channel 5’s “Criminals Caught on Camera”.
Returning to the Edinburgh Fringe year after year, Alfie Moore comedian’s last show was “Alfie Moore – It’s a Fair Cop” which was aired on BBC Radio 4 and to date is in it’s fifth series. The Daily Mail described it as “offbeat, revealing and very funny” and it was shortlisted in the Best Radio Entertainment category at the UK Comedy Awards in 2018.
