Jonathan Cordiner is an inspirational speaker, conference presenter and musical performer. His versatility makes him suitable for a wide range of corporate events.
At the age of 30, Jonathan lost his 2 year old daughter Kayleigh to a terminal illness. After this he and his wife founded the charity Kayleigh’s Wee Stars in her name. 12 years later, over a million pounds has gone in support of terminally ill children across Scotland. All of this was a result of the charity Jonathan and his wife set up: www.kayleighsweestars.co.uk.
Jonathan also released a record, I’ll See Your Face One Day. Jonathan Cordiner is a multi instrumentalist, playing violin, guitar, mandolin and piano and often enjoys performing as part of his speaking endeavours should the occasion allow.

In the same short period of time as losing his daughter, Jonathan lost his Father to cancer and his Mother in a car crash, and he talks passionately about how positive mindsets during journeys through grief and loss have brought joy from the depths of sorrow.
Jonathan Cordiner is also a former Headteacher, a senior leader with Local Government, and works nationally for Education Scotland. He writes and speaks on Leadership, and in particular how values based leadership can build capacity for system success.
Jonathan relishes the opportunity to bring people together for a common cause or purpose, to bring joy as well as to ignite passion and inspiration in others.
