Paul Riley is Winston in Still Game. He is a multi award winning actor, writer and producer who resides in his native Glasgow. He’s been working in the business for over 30 years in theatre, radio, film and television. He’s perhaps best known for his role as Winston in Still Game, BBC Scotland’s most successful sit com and has played at the Hydro in Glasgow to an audience of over half a million people over 50 sold out shows which he describes as Glasgow’s Shea Stadium.

Previous to Still Game, Paul appeared regularly in the popular BBC Scotland comedy sketch show Chewin’ the Fat which starred Ford Kiernan, Greg Hemphill, Karen Dunbar, Paul Riley and Mark Cox. It was this programme that led to the spin-off show Still Game.
Between 2007 and 2008 Paul wrote and starred in a comedy show, set in a Glasgow park called Dear Green Place and also starring Ford Kiernan.
Paul is currently touring his own show “an evening with”. Paul is happy to tailor and adjust this to your own event making it a truly unique and bespoke event.
As well as hosting, Paul has an extensive stand up routine which time wise, can be tailored to suit.
If by the time you read this Paul Riley (Winston in Still Game) is dead. He is survived by his faithful French bulldog Dweezil. Dweezil will be happy to take his place and beg at your table for scraps.
