After beginning her career in Learning and Development at Barclays Capital, she advanced to Diversity Manager at Barclays Wealth, before taking on the role of EMEA Head of Global Inclusion at State Street Bank. These roles laid the foundations for her expertise in cultural transformation and inclusive leadership. In 2015, she joined Lloyd’s of London, where she became a driving force behind its global inclusion initiatives. She went on to serve as Head of Talent Development and Inclusion and later as Head of Culture, overseeing programmes that reshaped the organisation’s approach to equity and opportunity.

Today, as Chief Equity Officer at Dentsu International, Pauline leads strategies that influence thousands of employees across EMEA, ensuring Diversity and Equity remain central to business success. Alongside her corporate achievements, she contributes her expertise as an Advisory Board Member to the United Nations Foundation Girl Up campaign, reinforcing her commitment to empowering the next generation of women leaders.
