Racheal’s career is rooted in a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and ensuring inclusive healthcare systems. After earning her MPharm from Kingston University, she began her career as a Pre-registration Pharmacist at Pillbox Chemists before advancing to roles at Spire Manchester Private Hospital and Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. She later completed an MSc in Translational Health Sciences at the University of Oxford, where her research explored the role of science in creating equitable healthcare systems. Racheal has served as a Locum Community Pharmacist, Board Member at Healthwatch Liverpool, and Volunteer Constituency Assistant for MP Marie Tibnall.
Her leadership extends beyond healthcare. As Vice-Secretary and Executive Committee Member for the Fabian Women’s Network, she promotes female leadership and representation across all sectors. She is also a Jo Cox Women in Leadership Alumna and a long-standing advocate for social mobility, public service, and youth empowerment. Her experience working with MPs and on public health boards demonstrates her ability to bridge policy, science, and advocacy powerfully.
