Tim Brown – Former FDNY Firefighter, 9/11 Survivor and Mental Health Advocate
Introduction
Tim Brown is a former FDNY firefighter, 9/11 survivor and one of the most compelling voices on resilience and mental health. On September 11th, 2001, he was among the first responders at the World Trade Center, where he witnessed unimaginable tragedy and survived the collapse of the Twin Towers. Having lost 93 friends and colleagues that day, Tim has since dedicated his life to honouring their memory and sharing lessons of hope, courage and recovery.

Tim Brown served as an FDNY firefighter and member of Rescue Co. 3, responding to multiple major incidents, including the 1993 WTC bombing, the 1995 Oklahoma City attack, and the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
