Damon’s defining career moment came in 1996 when he won the Formula 1 World Championship, becoming the first son of a World Champion to achieve the feat. That historic victory placed him firmly among the sport’s greats and remains a milestone in British motorsport history.
After retiring from Formula 1 in 1999, Hill began carving out a new role in the sport.
