Marc began his motorsport career as a mechanic in British Formula 3 at Silverstone, working first with Speedsport F3 and later with Orbit Motorsport as chief mechanic. His expertise quickly attracted the attention of McLaren Racing, where he joined at the turn of the century. For nearly a decade, he worked as a race mechanic and pit crew member, supporting world champions and contributing to McLaren’s success at the highest level of Formula One.
In 2009, Marc transitioned into leadership when he was appointed Race Team Manager for the FIA Formula Two Championship.
