Martin Corry is a former England international rugby player, British & Irish Lion, Rugby World Cup winner and now a senior business leader in the technology industry. Over a career spanning more than a decade, he earned 64 caps for England, represented the Barbarians and the British & Irish Lions, and made nearly 300 appearances for Leicester Tigers, where he also served as captain. Since retiring from professional sport, Martin has transitioned seamlessly into the corporate world, holding senior leadership roles at Oracle, Salesforce, Alteryx and now DocuSign, where he is Vice President of Sales in Northern Europe and UK Country Lead.
Credentials and Impact
Martin’s sporting career began with Tunbridge Wells RFC before he was selected for England U21 and later joined Bristol in 1995. He went on to play for Leicester Tigers, where he became one of the club’s most respected players, captaining the side to domestic and European victories. Capped 64 times for England, he was part of Sir Clive Woodward’s 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning squad and toured twice with the British & Irish Lions, in 2001 and 2005. Renowned for his leadership as both a number eight and a flanker, Martin retired from professional rugby in 2009 after six Premiership titles and two European Cups.
Transitioning into business, he quickly established himself in sales and leadership, beginning as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Mark Group before joining Oracle as Sales Director. His success led him to Salesforce, where he rose to Regional Vice President, and later to Alteryx as Vice President of Sales in Northern Europe. In 2025, Martin joined DocuSign, where he now leads UK operations and Northern European sales strategy, applying the same principles of teamwork and performance that defined his sporting career.
